1. About these terms

These Terms of Use apply to everyone who visits or uses the OMG Pro website and app (OMG Pro), including parents, carers and other people looking for activities. OMG Pro is run by Organise Me Group Pty Ltd (ABN 64 615 556 324) (we, us, our). By using OMG Pro, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use OMG Pro.

Clubs, studios and other providers that claim a listing or buy a paid product also agree to our separate Club Terms of Service.

2. What OMG Pro is, and what it isn't

OMG Pro is a free online directory that helps people find local clubs, classes, programs and activities and contact the people who run them.

We do not own, run, supervise, inspect or attend any activity listed on OMG Pro.

Clubs and providers are independent. They are not our employees, agents or partners.

Any arrangement you make to join, enrol in, book or pay for an activity is between you and the club or provider, not with us.

Before you enrol yourself or a child, make your own enquiries about the activity, the people running it, its safety arrangements, costs and suitability.

3. Listings and information

Some listings are created by us from publicly available information and have not been claimed by the club (unclaimed listings). Other listings are claimed and managed by the club itself (claimed listings).

We try to keep listings accurate, but we can't guarantee that every detail is complete, current or correct. Times, prices, ages and contact details can change. Always confirm the details directly with the club.

If you think a listing is wrong, out of date or inappropriate, please tell us using the Report a listing link or by emailing [hello@omgpro.com.au].

4. What the badges mean

The listing was created from public information. The club has not claimed or checked it.

It does not mean the club has been checked by us.

Verified

The club has claimed its listing, we have checked that its ABN is active, and the club has declared that it meets NSW Working With Children Check requirements for its staff and volunteers.

We do not run background checks, check each person's WWCC, inspect premises or monitor activities. It is not a safety guarantee.

Child Safe (Safety Sorted)

The club has completed the published Safety Sorted Child Safe criteria [insert link to criteria].

It is not ongoing supervision of the club and not a guarantee of safety.

Plus, Featured, Local Champion

The club has paid for extra visibility or a featured position.

It is not a recommendation or endorsement by us.

Paid listings and advertisements are always labelled.

5. Accounts

You must be 18 or older to create an account. Children must not create accounts.

If you add information about your children in My Family, you must be their parent or legal guardian, and you are responsible for that information. Only add what you need, and don't add children's photos or full names.

Keep your login details private. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.

6. The AI Match feature

Match me uses an artificial intelligence service to suggest activities based on what you type. Suggestions are generated automatically and can be wrong or incomplete. They are a starting point, not advice. Please don't include children's names or other personal details in what you type. Our Privacy Policy explains how this information is handled.

7. Acceptable use

When using OMG Pro, you must not:

copy, scrape or harvest listings or data from OMG Pro, by any automated means or otherwise;

send messages or enquiries that are abusive, threatening, harassing, misleading or spam;

make false reports or reviews, or pretend to be someone else;

try to access accounts, areas or data you aren't allowed to access, or interfere with how OMG Pro works;

use OMG Pro for anything unlawful, or to contact children.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.

8. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Our liability

OMG Pro's directory features are provided free of charge. To the extent the law allows:

we are not responsible for the activities listed, the conduct of any club, provider or other user, or any injury, loss or damage arising from taking part in an activity;

we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of OMG Pro.

This section does not limit any liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for our own negligence where the law does not allow it to be excluded.

10. Links to other sites

Listings may link to clubs' own websites and booking systems. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or practices.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll publish the updated version on this page with a new date. If a change is significant, we'll let account holders know by email.
